Holistic Philosophy Background & Training
I have been a healthcare practitioner with 30 years of combined experience, beginning as a counselor for Maricopa Medical Centers outpatient psych for 10 years. After funding was lost, the program shut down which lead me to pursue my passion for body work and a new career in massage therapy. For the past 20 years I have been integrating my knowledge into mind, body-spirit balancing and utilize a variety of modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Polarity, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Sound Healing and Myofascial Release.
I believe the body is an expression of our thoughts, feelings, habits and beliefs that have been acquired over time and stored. This has contributed to present day physical problems that can cause pain, discomfort, emotional and physical inbalance within the body.
My vision in my healing practice is to bring clients back to their "center" by moving stagnant energy which creates a balanced mind & body. I work with infants, children, handicapped, professional athletes and more through feeling subtle energy pathways that guide me to normalize primary areas of dysfunction within the body. This results in enhanced health and well being for my clients while dramatically decreasing pain.
